The Dark Knight came out in 2008 with massive expectations and hype. It did not disappoint. If you haven’t seen The Dark Knight yet, you are missing out on some fine fine work.
The Dark Knight is the sequel to Batman Begins. Crime has decreased and phony batmans are running around trying to be heroes. The mafia is scared and the Joker has appeared.
The stars of this film are Christian Bale as Batman, Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent, and Heath Ledger as the Joker. The film, is breathtaking, amazing, and unbelievable. Enter Gotham and you will be on a crazy ride till the finish.
Christopher Nolan has produced a work of art with this film. Heath Ledger’s performance is perfect and much darker than Jack Nicholson’s interpretation. Christian Bale is simply Christian Bale, but believable. Aaron Eckhart makes the perfect Harvey Dent.
There are no complaints with this film, only with the loss of Heath Ledger. Rest in peace.
If you miss this film, you may be missing out on Heath Ledger’s best performance.
See it, you will not regret it.

The film is Hollywood at its greatest. It is not your independent film, but the ridiculous budget pays off. The action is top notch, the issues are Hollywood. It’s a Hollywood film, but one of Hollywood’s finest.
